The way you're coming across to me is saying that a 300 rwhp motor puts out 310 at the crank. That makes for a HELL of an efficient motor....tell me where I can find one. Better yet, YOU find one that only sucks 10 hp through the transmission, driveshaft, and rear end...

Dude if you go to the link you will see why i said that. Dan Oldman said this "With longtubes and a cai, I can see about 310 at the crank, but that's it." in that post. Now he is coming into this post saying it is easy to get 300rwhp. What a joke!

OK, now we're understanding each other.

My recipe for 300 rwhp was:

Borla y-pipe
Off-road pipe
Flowbastard exhaust
March Pullies
Lingenfelter CAI
Granatelli MAF
CSI electric water pump
Comp Pro Mag 1.6 rockers
LT4 valve springs
uh, airfoil thingie

Yeah, I guess there was a bit of work involved.

Since I don't think anyone else has pointed this out yet, you will have a tougher time getting the 300rwph you are hoping for through an A4. If the car were an M6 it would be much more feasible, but you might still make it. Good luck.

I pulled 291 rwhp & 338 rwtq @ 4900 rpm with mods listed in my sig. (I have an electrical gremlin and lost all power at 4900).

I have 94k miles and fwiw my alternator and battery were bad. I was only pulling ~9-10 volts on the dyno. The dyno I used usually reads a 4-5 rwhp low.
