he said he would pay for it, and he was trying to say the grill can be fixed...LOL i laughed at him and was like dude that would be impossible unless you melt that thing to liquid and remake it...sorry your not going to do that, plus the grill ahs scratches in it...
but you know how much he is looking at?
if i was him id make the insurance pay for it...

It would depend on what it costs to fix it vs the deductable. If it was less/a little more than the deductable, I'd pay it out of pocket. Insurance companies frown on people making claims.

umm.....sorry im not fixing this **** that he did, he was drinking, so he should fix this ****....plus that grill is liek a 125 bux....so he needs to pay for that also...ever think about that?
and he deteuctable is weither 250 or 500, which i know he has to spend the cash to get it then n e more the insurance will pay...
but the shop has to take off my front bumper copletely take off all the paint repaint it, fix that ****ing crack in my **** with some bondo maybe...then get it to match the rest of the car then put it back on..then that should be a 2-3 dy job....
so yea im looking at a good 600 bux prob...

From my experience with having body work done, I'd guess that won't cost more than about $200+the cost of a new grill. Better idea to just have him pay for it out of pocket. Insurance is slow as hell to get anything accomplished

hell I'd report his drunk *** for hitting my car. I dont care if my own mother backed into my car Id call her in too. People dont have any business getting in a car drunk anyways. Plus , you should give him a good *** beating too. Drunk drivers **** me off.

They will NOT bondo a plastic bumper, and if htey do, then you should go back there and drag them into the street and stone them.
They will use plastic weld (kinda neat actually) if they fix it. I would still go for a new bumper though. I assume it doesnt get to cold where you are, so thats good, but I know up her when its cold if you bump anything even the lightest tap the part that was fixed will spider.
