just like the title states. this is for head studs. and the only reason i ask this is that i put the head on the other day after swapping gaskets. well, i was going too fast and put the damn thing on upside down (noticed this after i tightened it down ) so i had to buy a new one to replace it. well, as i was taking the upside down one off, i noticed that a lot of the thread sealant had gotten up under the gasket (i put the head and gasket down first on the dowels. then put the studs in.). well, i tried not to use as much after i redid the job, but i put the same amount on the other side. will this affect the head gasket sealing?
