How much power can a stock bottom end of a F-Body LT1 take before it should be rebuilt using stronger crank, rods, pistons, rings ??? It wouldnt be run hard all the time. I was just wondering because I want to build my LT1 for occasionaly running it on the street ... However probly 99% of the time it would be driven easy. Also any suggestions as to what the best engine upgrades for a stock bottom would be? I already have a flowmaster on it ... I was thinkin either runnin N2O or gettin a ProCharger 8 # intercooled blower , its claimed to be made specifiacally for a otherwise stock engine ...
