How much Lift can LT4hotcam springs handle??

Everything I have heard is you dont want to run them on anything producing more than .525 of lift. That is exactly what the Hotcam itself is with 1.6RR.

Coil bind is 1.22". So if installed at 1.800" .525" sounds about right. In addition, they are a fairly weak spring. About 100psi on the seat and a rate of 330lb/in. I wouldn't use them with any kind of an aggressive cam.

No wonder he got the Doc. avatar. thats exactly what the head dude who did my valve job last month said. He tested them and told me the exact same thing and it was 100 psi on the seat.

I have always heard that they are good to .525 just enough to handle the HOT CAM.
