Ive got a 2 bolt main 383 and it has been running just fine. I think it is more an issue of RPM rather than Torque that causes mains to walk. The advantage of 4 bolt mains isnt necessarily for strength but for stability, and RPM is what causes problems from my experience.

I would say under 7k and NA and you should have no problems, but that is just me.
