218/224 or the 224/230 XE cam is a popular choice, or a custom cam from bret (sstrokerace) would do exactly what you want it to do. .050 #'s aren't everything.

 

Frank95z had a Joe O Cam customed grind by Joe O and is doin low 11's and he claims driveability is great.. and gets 20mpg on the highway... when i go in that direction (a cam) im considering callin Joe O up and replicating frank's cam
