How long will the coating on het-hot longtubes stay shiny? Ive heard somewhere that they all eventually turn ugly

 

first they turn grey then if you get them wet it wont be long before the coating starts to flake off and the tubes start rusting.Up top mine look fine down below you caint tell they were ever coated, and no they were never scraped.Do a search for coatings there are some better companys out there than jet hot.But to answer your question I would say a few months of daily driving.

 

so what are some other coatings then i was under the assumption that jet-hot was the best
