How I fixed my split fuel trims in about 15 minutes
A few days back I scanned the beast and noticed how my fuel trims were split to 140 and 126 for the long term trims...
Yesterday I took a look and just by chance I saw part of #1 cylinder injector O-ring had been improperly installed by me.... it had gotten stuck and when I pushed the fuel rail in... it stretched to the point where part of the O-ring seal was stuck outside and the other part inside... It finally gave way obviously, tore up and it was allowing a vacum leak to Number one Cylinder.
I purchased a set of new Injector o-rings and it took me about 15 minutes to replace them.
This time I rubbed them with synthetic grease (the o-rings) and they slid down perfectly without any effort into the intake manifold. I took new readings and the fuel trims went back to 127 and 128.
Just wanted to share my info with you guys.... I was so lucky to look at the injector. Else I would have been pulling my hair off trying to figure it out.

Yet another example to grease all "O" rings with some sort of grease, not WD not alcohol, but grease.
I prefer 105 white grease on top and bottom and when ya go to remove them they come right out.
