how to get seatbelts off???

how to get seatbelts off???

i need to get the front seatbelts off. i am installing a new seatbelt guide on the side of my seat. i need to get the seatbelt off so i can run it through the guide. how is the best way of doing this? thanks

Unbolt it from the floor. Its under that plastic cover, and is screwed in with a large torx screw

how does that plastic cover come off? i tried for a few minutes and didn't see how it came off. i assume you mean the round plastic piece that has a + in it? thanks

Kinda tricky. The circle part turns (you can use a screw driver to turn the + thing), as you are spinning it, pry up on the circle shape and it will kinda pop off. It may take some force, but the plastic is very pliable and wont break easily.
