How does one get a wheelie?

hehe i was just curious what do i gotta do to get my car in a wheelie?

altho it probably wont do much more then 40Degrees its still could be fun... probably need 11" wheels or more and a stronger axel but what else?

not much my buddies friend and his v6 firebird with a 100 shot lifted the tires like 4 inches. He did it on nittos dead hook.

sticky tires, dead hook on launch, skinnys up front, weight reduction in the front.

the more weight reduction you can get farther away from the rear axle the better

hmmm a v6 with a 100 shot jerked the wheels 4 inches. I'm not gonna call BS but someone prolly will. If it really did props to him

sticky tires,and a well setup suspension will pull tires. there is no magical 60' time that will pull tires. i was pulling the left front with 1.8x 60's and really pull the tires.

430 rwhp, 9" hoosier slicks, all of BMRs xtreme duty suspension, weight reduction will get you this far off the ground.

wow i wonder how bad that is coming back down... i mean if ur at the track it probably sets down pretty softly but if u slammed on the breaks owch!

those look larger than 9" slicks, are you sure about that one?

Dirk you pulled yours on a 1.8? Im running high 1.6 and still havent gotten mine totally off. Been really close. No front sway and skinnies.
