Just push down on that tab and either push or pull depending which side you are on. Just put a little strength into it and they will come off

Isnt there a little hook that stops them from coming off? I can get the tab in and the blades loose, but not off to change them!

Are we talking about a rubber refill or the blade that attaches to the arm?

Squeeze the little tab in and wiggle and pull the blade toward the base of the arm. The blade fits in a loop of metal on the arm.

Thats my problem i cant get it off of the loop that holds the blade on. Does this come off too? Im not trying to make this difficult, but I messed with it for a while and couldnt figure out how to get it off the loop once its loose.

Keep the blade in the same position relative to the arm, as it rests on the windshield and it should slide off toward the base of the arm.
