How do the taillights come off?

I need to replace the brake light bulbs in my 94Z. I unscrewed the wingnut inside the trunk, but it doesn't come off easily, and I don't want to break anything. Is there something besides the 1 wingnut to take off, or is there a certain motion involved?

On mine, I pulled away the carpet, there's 1 black wingnut on each side that I took off, which exposes a screw that's connected to the taillights. That's the only thing that comes through to the inside of the car, so I pulled away at 1 of the lights, and it comes out partway, but the outside end is still held on by something. Is this just a clip I can pull at?

no clip. just wingnuts hold the lights. just keep looking around, there should be 1 more around the area where it does not want to pull.

Thanks for the info. You folks were right...that last wingnut was hiding from me way in the corners! Problem solved.
