Its an OBDI style PCM with an OBDII style diagnostics connector.

The reason why i'm asking is...I'm thinking of doing an LS1 swap and someone told me that if your car has OBDII, the swap will be easier on ODBII then ODBI.

Personally, I don't see how it would make a difference. If you swap in an LS1, you are swapping the harness and PCM as well, along with all the sensors. Basically, anything from the LT1 platform is not going to interchange with the LSx platform so its not going to be a big deal. The main issue will be getting the wiring harness to work with your cluster gauges, but there is a company that can modify the harness to work with the instrument panel specific to your car.

As 2000GTP said, it won't make any difference.
