How do I disconnect fuel line from fuel rail?

How do I disconnect fuel line from fuel rail?
In a repair manual it says that I need a special tool to release the fuel coupler seal from the fuel rail. What tool do I need?

You need a fuel coupling disconnect tool. 3/8 for the pressure line and 5/16 for the return line.
