how can i run cooler???
Its been in the 100's here in oklahoma. I have a 160 stat, manual switch, water wetter and i am still running to hot for my liking
. im not overheating. What else can i do? Btw, i have already blead the system.

Well since you're not concerned about freezing, running 100% water might help, with the water wetter to help prevent rust. Water has a higher heat capacity than antifreeze. So basically it can take away more heat from your engine. This is the only thing that I can think of. Hope it helps.
its always on high speed. It runs between the middle mark and redline in the city. This only happens when its real hot(it was 103 today

You probably have air in your system, from when you installed that stat. I had that problem when i put my new waterpump on. I bled it again and it is all better now. But i'm about to install a 160 stat tomarrow because i want my temp a little lower.

I was having a similar problem, running at 210°F when it is 100°F outside with the A/C OFF and would quickly approach 235°F with the A/C on. Looked into a Be-Cool radiator but for $680 bucks for a radiator!! So I simply got a radiator from the nearest autoparts for $200 and now I run at 185°F even with the A/C on and 100°F outside.
