Well, first off, you'll need two cases of your favorite beer and a carton of cigarettes. From what everyone else says, it isn't very fun. Your old exhaust will have to come off of course. That should be fun because most all the fasteners are probably seized and rusted from the heat.

I don't know what you'll do about O2 sensors, it seems that most of the people on here have O2 bungs welded on their headers, then use O2 simulators for the rear.

You'll have to at least take the starter off. I'm not sure about all the other stuff, just going by what I've read on here. You'll probably have to put the car up high on jackstands, and insert the headers from the bottom. You'll probably have to unbolt the motor mounts and jack up the engine a little bit as well.

You're in for a job and a half, and you'll probably be coming back here cussing, but it will be more than worth it when you finish the install.

Passenger side goes in from top. Remove valve cover starter and dipstick and probably jack up motor.

Driver side goes in from bottom. Remove oil filter.

I actually had to do some grinding on the K member to get the driver side in. That was my biggest problem. Everyone else says it's the easiest.

PS: You probably want to get a new dipstick, most people F them up. Allow a nice long weekend. 25 hours or so.
