Yea I passed, the tester tested it this AM cold=open loop and with about 30% Alcohol it passed, with 0.37 CO's down from 1.5 to1.6....
I also desided that I will do the resistor thing (thanks for the suggestion) with the water sensor next time so that I don't have to have the test done cold. By the way here in Colorado we already run 10% Alcohol from the pump so another 20% was more than I needed. I've already run out the fuel mixture and everything is back to normal. As close as I ever am to normal.

someone may need to verify, but i think you can put some sort of a resistor in the iat sensor???
