How to break in a clutch?

How exactly to you break in a clutch? Im taking a wild guess that some of the problems Im having taking off in first is due not properly breaking the clutch in. The clutch has about 400 miles on it but I havent been exactly easy on it since it was put in.

Is there anyway to remedy the situation at this point? I think this is why the car is starting to buck when you slip the clutch a little in first....its seems to be getting a little worse and is way more noticable than 400 miles ago...

Im not done for am I?

500 EASY NORMAL driving miles. You don't want to glaze a brand new clutch, or you're gonna be shopping again.

Thats a long time to go without being able to get on a car. Im gonna need a new clutch soon and I may just take a long trip some where and get it over with in one day like my man above did.

I don't know if it's just the material but with my SPEC stage 3 it said 400-500 stop and go miles....not highway. You won't break-in jack crap without releasing the clutch...when you're on the highway it's engaged all the time.

Allthough the stop and go break in is tidious, its worth it, no one wants a glazed clutch.
