How to block off heater core

What would be the best way to make this look good at the w/p. Right now I have a big loop made with hose and it doesnt look all that good. Anyone have any suggestions?

Something creative with braided hoses and fittings? Or remove the hose fittings from the pump and tap the holes out for some pipe plugs.

How do those plugs come out of the w/p? I have a few spare pumps on and I could try to tap it, but it would be an awful large tap. Maybe a freeze plug in the hole?

The hose couplings should come out if you twist and pull hard enough. Pretty sure they are just pressed in there. I started to suggest freeze plugs.

If you have some to tinker with, that would be the thing to do.
