I am running Datamaster on several WOT runs and can see my cool temp around 200 F (normal) on Datamaster, but the problem is everytime i got WOT my In Dash Temp gauge sky rockets, but I do not see this in Datamaster.

I know the temp gauge reads off the head, so why are my heads heating up so bad? I have already replaced that sensor, and it still gives the same readings.

 

Do you still have the steam pipe on the back of the heads?

 

Yes, we checked it for blockage also and there is none. Is is possible that there is electrical interference on it? I remember that I broke the wire at the end (plastic male connector) once (header install), repaired it quickly. Maybe there is not good contact. Would that affect it. Everything seems normal, except only at WOT. Dont make sense.
