Hot cam and spark plugs?
I am planning on doing my hotcam installation over spring break in April. When in the process would be the best time to change the plugs and wires.(I am using this guide)

Well it doesn't look like you have headers so there's really no good time.
Why not throw the plugs in before you reassemble....that would be after step 46
Then throw the wires on at the end after you get just about everything together.
You should get some headers then you can change the plugs and it will be much easier to take off the heat guards that are bolted on top of the stock wires.

Any time after you get past all the steps where you have to rotate the crank. And you should pull them near the beginning of the job so when you need to rotate the crank it goes easier...
So I think that's about #59 for the plug install.
And #4 or so for the plug removal.

Do them whenever you want....might as well do it before reassembly when you have the intake off and everything in front of the block out. You can stand in between your front fascia and the block and hopefully you can get a different angle of attack on those plugs.
