Hose on TB...what is it?

I started pulling my TB off to replace my IAC and do the tb bypass. There is a hose on the passanger side of the tb. It's not the one that goes to the valve cover, but the little one under that one.

The 90 degree rubber elbow on it is cracked pretty bad. What do I need to get at AutoZone to replace the elbow? Thanks.

When the car was running I removed it/put it back on and the idle changed. Some good ole duct tape seemed to fix the problem for now until a new one comes in.
