correct, one of my mounts was squished and one was streched, there was quite a difference compared to stcok. I thimk the fitment problems some people have is because their mounts are all old like mine. I put the new ones and everything fits without a hitch.
Like I said, I can't say enough great things about Jet-Hots product or service, even though I called all the time with questions. Chris and Todd are great to deal with.

The driver side collector on my car sits about a 1/4" from the floorboard. I dimpled the floorboard a little and it never hits. I have brand new energy suspension poly mounts. I was able to just bolt on a hooker y-pipe with some work to the a4 crossmember. The y-pipe hits sometimes near the crossmember.. some work with a bfh will fix that. Overall I am very happy with the quality and fit of the headers. Just wish I didn't scratch up the coating near the collector so much on the driver side getting it in.

I guess the big question for me is simple. I have Hooker LT's right now and they need to be replaced due to rust. Will the Jet Hot's line up with the y-pipe that I am currently using? If not, I would rather spend the extra money and get the Hooker's.

Jet-Hots should bolt right up.

I purchased my Hookers on a group purchase back in July of 2002 directly from Jet Hot with their coating and O2 bungs already welded in for $576. shipped to my door. Installation was super easy, and they still look great with no traces of rust!

I just got my jet hots acouple days ago. I didn't know a pair of headers could be so beautiful!! I'm not gay or anything, but those things are gorgeous.....just thought I'd throw in my two cents.

Jet hots are bent silghly different to give better plug access to the passenger side. Ground clearance still sucks though.
