Exclamation Hooker LT question about O2's!!!

I recently bought a 97 LT1 engine for my 95 and the LT's that came with it have O2's in each one. I read that the 95 only needed one. I am going to use 2 cats with an X Pipe. Do I need both O2's in the LT's or what do I do. Thanks

my 95 had two O2s in each of the stock manifolds, so thats how they must come from the factory. Anyway, you will probably want two anyway, so that the engine is working its best, just hook up the cats, and be done with it, make sure you mount them(cats) right behind the headers, then the X, cause they need to stay hot.

Thanks a lot D James. I've been worried about it. That was the set up I was going to use...LT's, cats, Xpipe, etc...I am having a hard time finding a cat with a 3" in/and 2.5 out. My x pipe is 2.5 in/out. I have been looking for a Universal HI Flow cat, dynomax, catco, and can only find them with the same #'s in/out. Any suggestions? Thanks again!
