Coated all the way! It cools the exhaust which, in effect, keeps your engine cooler and the rest of your exhaust system cooler. If you get uncoated headers it'll heat your exhaust manifold and heat incoming air in effect.

Heated incoming air kills your potential hp/torque

 

02 bungs are already welded in. no need to have someone else do the work. you can also have the EGR added too.

 

i just bought some off ebay and got ceramic coated long tubes to go on my 94 Z for 590 shipped with like 3 different gasket sets. is that a good deal or did i take one in the a$$?

 

you mean you can get hooker lt's w/o2 bungs and egr stuff, and coated from jet hot for under 500, seriously, there no way, i almost didnt believe with just coating but 02's and egr, send me a link i will buy tonight!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11

 

I ripped this from anouther post. This should give you the info you need for the JetHot LT's:

The headers are full lenth 1 3/4x3" collectors with a 3 bolt flange at the end. The headers come with the O2 bungs welded into the collectors. The headers come with the standard bolts and gaskets. We offer the headers with and with the emission tubes. The headers are fully coated in&out with the sterling silver finish. The headers are a 16 gauge with a flange thickness of 3/8". The flange is weled on both sides and the matting surface is smooth(no tubes pushed though). Sorry, we do not carry a Y pipe(yet,we should have one later this summer).
