Sounds like your problem is minor, just adjust the window. I am having a hell of a time tracking down why this drip leaves a puddle behind the pasengers seat.

I have dealt with this before on a 88 IROC and I ended up replacing the weather stripping, all of it. After all the Ttop weather stripping was replaced it was fine.

I had the same problem so I cleaned the weatherstripping on the tops and put a thin layer of 100% silicone dielectic grease. Seems to help some at least, it might slow down your drips. Once it gets hot out though the weatherstripping swells up and no more drips at all. Hopefully this helps, remember, get 100% silicone. I have heard that anything else can eat away at your weatherstripping.
