For the pass. side, remove the bolt that goes thru the pass, side motor mount and jack it up as high as you can.The header goes in from the bottom. It has to go in almost straight up.Block off plates are easy to make.Use the gaskets for a template.A thin piece of aluminum works great.

I tried just jacking up one side but that didnt work too well. It would only raise a little. So I unbolted the other engine mounth and jacked the engine up and they went in with ease. I cant remember which side its been so long ago but one side went in without even having to jack the engine up. But since you gonna have to jack it up anyway you might as well put them both on after you jack it up. Some say you dont have to jack the engine up but its well worth it in my opinion. Makes things much smoother. To block the egr off from the back of the intake manifold I bought some sheet metal from Home Depot and cut some flat templates of the shape of the egr valve and sealed it up with black rtv. Sealed great. Just draw you line on the sheet metal then punch or cut it out with a dremel tool.

Who cares, might as well jack it until something hits the cowl. More room to work with
