Hooker Exhaust?

Hello,

I was thinking of purchasing the Hooker Catback system for my 95 Z28 and I was wondering what people thought of it and if it sounds just as good and gets as much out of your car like a Borla or Corsa. I really wanted the Borla but I cant afford it right now and Im leaning towards the Hooker any input on this exhaust would be great.

Thanks,
Chris

Re: Hooker Exhaust?

I've had mine for about 4 years also and haven't had to replace the tips. Dry Colorado weather and not driven during the winter. Love the sound. Very nice growl but not overbearing.

Loved mine. Sold it to go with a lighter bullet and dump, one of the best catbacks around imo.

Love it. Even without cats, and with headers, it sounds great!

Re: Hooker Exhaust?

I love mine, I've had it for over a year now. It sounds awsome with my cam and you can't beat the price. I have LT's going in the car now, can't wait to hear it afterwards.

Have had it for 3 years now and love it. Currently no cats, long tubes through the Hooker catback and it sounds great with the cam You won't be dissapointed.

Re: Hooker Exhaust?

I have just the dual aerochamber Hooker muffler... and it STILL sounds bad-***. Yeah, I should've got the whole system, but I got the muffler for 50 bucks and welded it on with some fancy 3" chrome tips.

Get the hooker, bro...

Re: Hooker Exhaust?

Nice tone, a little louder than stock at idle and slow acceleration... Louder at half throttle and when it hits 2000rpm... Mine was too quiet for me so I ran a pipe through the cat and it sounds good.
