Hooker Aerochamber - Direct Fit?

Is the Aerochamber muffler (pn 21729) a "direct" fit for a 4th gen? I want to get JUST the muffler (I know the cat-back flows better, but I want just the muffler), and I am wondering if I am going to run into any issues with the stock tailpipes. The muffler shops around here don't have a mandrel bender, and until I can get some made, I am going to have to run the stock tailpipes. That's why I am wondering if I will run into any issues.

So, it will bolt right up to the existing I-pipe and tailpipes then?
