This may be a stupid suggestion but be sure you installed
a 52mm TB gasket and not the 48mm.

Good suggestion, but the gasket is 52mm also Everything on an lt-1 is 52mm except for the actual throttle body itself, gasket and intake opening.

This is going on the experience of my throttle bodies. I have never had any shifting issues. I have never had anyone send one back because they were let down in the power department. So far i've only had one with the blades sticking and that was corrected easily by the end user (even after I offered to replace for free ). I've never had any ill remarks whatsoever in regards to the performance or finish of my throttle bodies.

Reason ?

Hand made. Each one. Made by me on my workbench with my tools. Every blade is hung and bolted in by hand. Any adjustments are done by hand. If it isn't right, it gets redone or doesn't go in a box. Holley is different. They have many people doing many things. They don't hand cut blades or bores, everything is machined. This mass production obviously takes away from the quality control associated with their throttle bodies. They have no guarantee on the workmanship, whereas I do.

I will never buy any product that a manufacturer will not stand behind. Even if there is only a 1% chance something is wrong, that guarantee makes a world of difference.

Anyways.... You can use some valve grinding compund around the edge of the blades. Just a very light bit as to not open the bores up any more than necessary. Move the blades open and close a few times. Clean well and reinstall.

Thanks for all the help!!! I fixed my throttle body today, first I checked if it was the cruise control cable but it was adjusted right. Next I checked the return spring tension and I adjsuted it and it worked. Thanks injuneer for bringing that idea forward, sometimes I don't know what I would do if it wasn't for your guy's ideas. Thank You

I alredy tried loosening the torx screws on the blades to try to re-position the blades but tht didn't work. Should i use some really fine sandpaper and rub the areas were I think hit is rubbing?
Mine did the same thing. I just took off the TB and used graphite on the shaft that passes through the TB. Any oil or anything like that should work just fine. I was a little PO with mine untill I used the graphite lubracant. It has been 2 yrs and it still open/closes like a charm. Good luck.
