I slotted my tps sensor. Used a scan tool to get the right voltage when running. Also had to mess with the idle screw to get the perfect idle RPM. Can't remember the specs, but found them somewhere on here.

5.2V is too high at WOT. The code sets when it goes over 4.9V. The PCM is supposed to supply 5.0V to the sensor. Check voltage between the black and gray wires. If the PCM is supplying a higher than normal voltage, you may have to slot the TPS sensor screw holes so you can rotate it and lower the voltage until the signal voltage (blue wire) does not exceed 4.9V.

In most LT1's, the WOT voltage is typically about 4.0V above the closed throttle voltage.

The LT1 PCM accepts any closed throttle voltage beteen 0.20-0.90V, and sets that as the 0% throttle baseline as soon as the key it turned to on. Its not critical. Some people claim there is an advantage in getting it between 0.50-0.67V. But I've never seen any difference. Most of the unmolested factory TB/TPS readings are about 0.67V. Just rotate it slowly -0.10V at a time, tighten down the bolts, and see where the WOT voltage ends up. Make sure the blades are fully returning to the closed position.
