high volume oil pump + elec. water pump

Is this a good combination to go with during a cam install? I know the high volume oil pump is typically installed with a rebuild, but would I see some better drivability and possibly gains?

Ive heard that going with a high volume oil pump can give comparable gains to an electric water pump...is this true?

Thanks!

Not sure how an HV oil pump (having bigger rotors and mass to turn) will give power gains. I'm open to explanation.

If I knew I'd explain. Like I said in the initial post, I just heard that it did...if it doesn't then it doesn't...

Most experienced engine builders recommend a stock volume pump with a higher pressure relief spring for extended RPM operation. I've never heard of changing to a HV oil pump to save HP. It would have just the opposite effect.
