High rpm stutter (EGR)????

Tonight i removed the egr valve, egr exhaust gas feed pipe and i capped the vacuum feed. I installed some egr block off plates and I took it out for a drive and got on it and now i have a high rpm miss. It pulls smooth all the way up the rpm band until about 6000 or so. Could this be related at all? That is the only thing that i have changed. Thanks in advance

The EGR system does not operate above 3,500RPM, so its not likely that removing it affected high RPM operation.

How well did you seal the blockoff plates?

It turned out to be my coil. I replaced it with a new one and the problem is gone.

Well i tested it using http://shbox.com/1/coil_testing.jpg
and mine was reading 9.54 to 10.11. But it was the original coil so i figured it wouldnt hurt to replace it.
