Power stering pump went out last week and sprayed the whole front of the motor with power stearing fluid and now I have a high rpm miss. Is it possible that the power stearing fluid softend my plug wires and causing them to ark? I noticed today that the miss is getting worse and is now doing it under a load at lower rpms. Any help would be great. thanks OH, The opti only has about 10,000 on it.

 

still could very well be the opti, try changing wires first.
