High rev not shifting

Have a 97 camaro 5.7 automatic. I did some engine work and I put a bosshog 3200-3500 stall in my tranny, and had the pcm tuned by PCMFORLESS. Now the car revs high and doesn't want to shift. Its shifts fine normal driving but when I give like anything more than half throttle it revs hi and just stays up there. Also when I'm just acceleration moderately you can feel it pulling then around 4 to 5 grand it feels like the converter kicks out and the rpms shoot up and the cars nose drops down. Help please. I checked the fluid several times its good and it didn't do this before I put the new converter in.
