high pitched whistle = vacuum leak??

well i got the rockers adjusted and it runs a little better but i heard a high pitched whistle and i assume that its a vacuum leak...i also threw an ses light so just askin the professionals...also car idles like crap for a few seconds than the ses light is tripped and it revs up a little bit

When my car whistled it was because the catalytic converter was clogged up.
