WOT, with the cutout closed, my car usually shifts pretty good and goes onto the next gear. When I have my cutout open, and I floor it, it tachs out and starts red lining, flames shoot out from under the car, smokes shoots out, and I have to left off to change gears.


any suggestions?

im not an expert but i think your tranny is slidding
how many miles on the car?
automatic tranny right?

 

its an a4 w/ 130,000 miles on the car. The tranny has been rebuilt. I think my shift points might be too high or something.
