I just ordered a magnaflow catback. I did some research and found that some had slashed tips while others had round. The picture of the system I bought had round tips, when I got it there was slashed tips. Not to say I "hate" the slashed tips, I just would rather have the round(since I am putting an SS hood on with an SS wing, and the Z06 wheels sitting in my closet) I wanted it to look more like an SS, but the tips(being 3.5"s)look like they are from a chevy truck Does the "new" system come with the round tips, and also is the new system the one with that weird rap around pipe? Mine was suppose to be the new system, but when looking at the older model, it looks more like that one. Let me know if you have any feedback...thanks to all.

The new systems use the new design(dual out same side of muffler case) with the u bend stamping....the tips should all be 15degree angle cut 3.5"...
