Question High Flow Y-pipe And Cat

Where is the best place to buy a high flow y-pipe, and will I feel much of a difference when I install the new y-pipe and high flow catalytic?

Unhappy Y-pipe and Cat

I need a new cat, and I thought the easiest way to put a new one on would be to get a new y-pipe also, I have the money for headers and a y-pipe, so should I just go ahead and buy the headers and y-pipr instead of just y-pipe and cat?
