I don't want poison all the little critters in the world with or give anybody cancer because of the lack of ozone so i'm wondering if a high flow cat would be a good option as opposed to a gutted one. I've heard people say that high flow cats are bs but i'm wondering what you guys think.

 

if yours is fine, i doubt it would be worth the effort, but if you need a new one, i would say get one.
