Who has the cheapest? I would desperately like to buy them, because our town has said they are going to crack down on people taking off their catalytic converters this year and will be doing inspections to anyone they think took them off. Trust me, I am probably the only person here that still has cats. So anyways, I want the cheapest cats, as long as they are worth it, and not pieces of crap.
