Hey need little help
You cap the vacuum nipple on the intake manifold with a vacuum cap. You remove the vacuum lines, EGR vacuum solenoid, EGR valve and the riser pipe from #8 primary to the back of the intake manifold. Cover the hole on the #8 primary and the EGR hole on the back of the intake manifold with cover plates. Cover plate for the riser tube connection on the back of the intake is optional, if you have removed and blanked the EGR valve hole. Have the codes for the missing EGR solenoid and for the lack of EGR flow prorgammed out of the PCM. There will be no hose "left over".

Might want to add the year of your engine... the 93's are slightly different than the 94-97 EGR plumbing.
