Help w/ a dyno tuning problem

I'm posting this for a buddy of mine. He has a '97 Firebird that he has been having alot of problems getting to perform properly. The car has a Vortech supercharger, 50# injectors, Walborough (sp?) in-tank fuel pump, forged pistons, and some other mods that I can't remember. The car keeps losing horsepower after 5200 rpm's and then regaining it again after about 5800 rpm's. The tuner was trying everything he could to aviod this, but none of the changes he was making were making a difference. I am posting pictures of the dynograph, boost, and air/fuel ratios. The dyno owner is thinking that maybe upgrading the MAF might fix this problem. Any ideas?

I dont believe 420 rwhp is enough to max out a MAF which is the only reason youd need a new one. Really the best thing to do is get some datalogs. A car with those mods needs a lot more than just a dynotune to run properly and the only way to accomplish that is with a laptop and some logging software.

If all the basics seem OK and if he is not OBDI already, have him try
an OBDI PCM.

The tuner was datalogging with HP Tuners software and that's where they were getting the idea that the MAF was getting maxed out. Any other ideas?
