help with trouble codes shoebox and ne one else

had a scan done on my car and after putting on new opti, plugs, wires, egr, fuel and air filter I am still getting the following codes
1. p0300
2. p0410
3. p1415
4. p1641
5. p1642
The last two had something to do with auxilleray input and output, the 1415 is secondary air injection, and the 300 is multi cylinder misfire. Dont remember the 410, but what the hell would be causing these things? I am getting frustrated really fast and dont know what else to try for the p0300 code. and the other codes just really **** me off. Any idea what these are? I know most have to do with the emissions. Shoebox you seem to be very up to date with all this stuff I need help man.

Were these codes cleared and then came back? Look at this code list.

Two are for the AIR system and two for the fans (probably a fan switch you have is causing this). The first is for misfires.

when you say "cleared" after doing the egr and the fuel filter, no the only thing i did was unplug both neg and pos batt terminals on the battery. before i did the egr and the filter, the opti and plugs and wires were done, and how ever they clear the codes, the did it then. I am glad about know the last 2 cause they are new, and have never came up before, so at least i know what to do about those two. the p300 is killing me as I have done everything that peeps have told me to do to get rid of that and it is still there, after 1100 dollars of work. the 410 and the 1415 i was told to replace the smog pump and that the 1415 is prolly a o2 sensor. what do you think? any ideas for the 300?

Pulling the power should clear the codes.

Fixing the AIR pump should take care of P0410 and P1415. Are you actually feeling misses or do you just get the P0300? I would suspect something wrong with the plugs or plug wires after all the work you had done.

I've gottn the 300 code several times. First it was a plug, then it was the ignition control module, then a plug wire that was rubbing on the tensioner pulley.
