Help! Severe power loss after plug/wire change

I changed the plugs, wires, fuel filter, coil wire and PCV value on my 94 Firehawk.
The car ran good for about two days, but then started to idle very rough. The idle went back to normal, but now there is no power! The run won't even spin the tires and it revs very slow.

Also, it has a 2800 stall in it and when the converter locks in overdrive, the car bucks and rides VERY rough.

We cleaned the throttle body and I noticed that the gasket had tear in it, could this be the problem?

An SES light did come on last night but went off after the the car was restarted.

Thanks

i'd go back and check your wires. you could have burned one of them and it's causing a bad spark.

and get the code checked, it should still be in the computer i think.

and while you're at it, replace that torn gasket, it's easy and cheap and who knows...could be the whole problem

i agree. check to see if you see any sparks flying under the hood at night. you could of possibly switched the wires around also.
