Red face HELP...My car is too quiet!!!

Aighty, as it says in my sig, I have a Hooker Cat-Back...great sound. But I am finally sick of the quietness!! I'm broke...or will be (S-Trim starts getting thrown in tomorrow.) I just don't have the money to do something expensive. Cut-out I would say isn't an option. I just don't like the sound (just my opinion). What would a gutted cat seem like with the Hooker??? Probably a dumb question but what if I took off the chrome tips, would that affect sound any. Thanks guys. I know exhaust questions come up all the time. Sorry search wasn't helping me. Thanks again.

sell the hooker and run no exhaust...that would be loud . Or you could save up some, sell the hooker and get a loudmouth.

If you sell the hooker how much do you want for it...muffler only, not the whole cat-back.

Borlas are loud, though i dont care for the sound of them.

On a side note, how did you wire up your fan switch?
I tried to wire one up by putting a jumper wire between the green and the blue wires that are over on the passenger side fender, but it makes my check engine light come on.

Well being broke sucks, I know.
I have Jet Hot Hooker LTs and cut down header mufflers on my car, have not got everything together yet but I am pretty sure I will not have the "It,s too quiet" problem.
