HELP ME!!!! Engine code P0336

Ok so for the last like 2 months I've been getting the P0335/P0336 crankshaft position sensor code/range code. It was hypothesized it was the computer, it wasn't (we replaced). It was hypothesized that it was the new distributor going bad, it wasn't (we replaced). It was hypothesized it was the sensor itself, it wasn't also replaced! So I'm completely fed up and wondering why I still own this car. We have tested the wiring of the cranshaft position sensor and it all passed the continuity test..... What the <bleep> could it actually be! I'm getting really <bleeping> fed up of throwing stuff at the car without any concrete evidence of why the engine code is doing what it is doing.

Timing chain wear or problem with the reluctor wheel can cause the code to be set.

The timing chain has less than 4K miles on it. The reluctor wheel would make sense thats the reason we took off the old one, checked it out and replaced the whole distributor so I don't think it is the reluctor wheel.

Can you tell if the reluctor is rubbing on the sensor?

Is there any chance you have a high voltage wire running in parallel with the CKP sensor harness wires?
