Thunder Racing sells a nice over the valve cover kit for $100, and NGK TR55 plugs gapped at the stock range are a pretty good match.

Just my $.02, and I'm running the exact mentioned setup on both of my cars.

You don't want OVC wires for a stock car.

I'd recommend staying with the stock platinum plugs for a stock car. They are designed for extended life (75K+ miles). Copper based plugs are great for car with power adders that need the plug to run "cooler" to help prevent pre-ignition, but will require you to change the plugs after on 30K miles.

I like the Accel 9000 wire set. They're 8mm so they'll fit in the stock looms and will handle the heat if you decide to upgrade to headers later. Probably cheaper that stock GM wires (Accels run $69 - $75).

Why not??? Is it just not compatible with the stock manifolds, meaning there's not any clearance for the wires?? That's the only thing I could thing of as a reason not to put them on a stock car.

What's the part number for the universal Accel 9000 wire set?

Because you would have to lay them right on the stock exhaust manifolds (since they are above the plugs). You would just burn the wires up. They are for header applications.
