ACDelco plug wires (stock) and TR55 plugs is what I use. Been workin good for me.

Yea...I saw and wondered why nobody had answered him. 8 plugs, because you have a Z28, which has a V8 engine...8 cylinders, 1 plug/cylinder... Just in case you were being serious...
